Today I get to share a sweet
card with you and some
gorgeous embellishments!

I just love this jar digi,
super super cute. What I did was print
images on white and 3 different
pattern papers.



I cut apart the fabric for the lid and the
bow and put them back together
on the white copy.

Thank you for joining me.

 

 

This is a gift I made for a little lady
who turns 5 in April.

I am placing first row emphasis on that amazing RED
 corduroy button from Pinque Peacock.

I love it because, it's bright, it's big and it's corduroy!

To dress up this muslin bag I tore 3 strips of color
coordinating fabric and stitched through each strip
with a piece of red & white baker's twine.

I did the same thing with a piece of crinkle ribbon in red.

Once I had the ruffles as I wanted them I stitched
through again attaching it securely to the sack with
more baker's twine. The blue is also attached, but
I just tied that one around in a bow to mix things up.

Those ribbons are not coming off, promise!
 

The inside has a small note pad for her to carry
 with for doodling or writing her "to do" lists.

I altered the cover of that note pad with
polka dots and a monogram, using more

of the ribbons and twine as accents.

So.... what do you think... will she love it? I sure hope so.

I hope this finds you all well and happy and ready

to see more Pinque Peacock goodness! This is my

VERY FIRSTopportunity to post since I was selected

as one of the very lucky Pinquettes!

Today I would like to share with you a pretty card I

made using some pretty pastel colors. One of our

creative options this month as a Pinquette

was to use pastel colors in our design.

 

 

I started with some BEAUTIFUL fabric covered buttons

from the Pinque Peacock Store. How pretty are those buttons??

When I first looked at these buttons, they did scream "spring"

to me and also "flowers". How would I make these buttons

turn into flowers for my project? Well as the pretty centers, no doubt!

 

 

I cut 3 different types of flowers using both

my old Trusty Cricut and also using my

Silhouette Cameo!

 

 

 

How perfect are the button centers!

I added a bit of leaves and then mounted
the card using a background embossed

with a Cuttlebug folder.

 

 

I did a bit of "fussing" with the loopy flower to
 give the petals a more life-like appearance.

I added foam layering squares to some

of the blossoms for dimension.

 

 

I am just "tickeld pink" to be able to share with you today!

Today we have a BEAUTIFUL project by

Hello, thanks for stopping by to see what we

are up to today! I've made a really pretty gift for

my Aunt's birthday.She was here in town so I thought

I would make her something special.

I used cutting files from SVG cuts, ribbon from

3 Girl JAM and beaded stick pins from the

Pinque Peacock shop.

Here is a close up of the bow on the box, I wrapped

both ribbons around the bow maker 3 times then tied them.

 When I pulled it off the dowels, I just fluffed the loops

out and crunched it up a little more. I added 2 beaded stick

pins to the bow made by Jessica at Pinque Peacock. On

these pins I cut the tip off and used pliars to loop the bottom

of them. I did this for two reasons, to keep the pins from

coming out and to prevent stabbing. Also it made a perfect

spot to hang the cute heart charm.If you want to see more

Hi... this is Pinquette Robin from the Cricut Scrapper Blog!

It is my turn to post and I am so excited to share with

you a project that I made using the awesome

goodness that is made at the Pinque Peacock!!

 

 

I am on a facebook group called Play Along and we

have challenges just for fun and one of them was to

 make Calendar pages...so I made a calendar page for

March and added the cute little felt purple popper

(say that 3 time fast hehe!!) with the beautiful covered

button in the middle:) I loved how it tied in with the

 purple shamrocks on my paper. I have never really

made calendar pages before, but I can see me making

 more of these! Just a little something different and I

can leave it out during the month so that I have

something to look at to keep up with the date..

Bonus!! Then when the month is over I can add a

picture from that month and add it to my scrapbook lol.

This little felt flower is just one of the beautiful things

that you can get over at the Pinque Peacock store They

have fabric covered buttons, felt flowers, fabric flowers,

pins and custom order bracelets. Just to name a few!!
